The Toronto Finnish Advancement Association, under the auspices of the Finnish Canadian Cultural Federation, welcomes you to Finnjoy 2008, the 69th Annual Finnish Canadian Grand Festival. Planning and organizing this festival is well underway.

Finnjoy 2008 will be held on June 27-29, 2008 in Toronto. The main festival venue is the beautiful Mel Lastman Square, situated in North Toronto, on the world’s longest street - Yonge Street.

The varied program at Finnjoy 2008 will offer something for every age group. You can attend concerts ranging from rock to traditional popular music, from folk to classical music, and from solo performances to choirs. You can attend dances - including a gala dinner-dance - theatre productions, folk dancing performances, lectures, religious programs, an art exhibit, a market place (tori) and a beer tent. You can participate in a variety of tournaments, including chess, golf, bowling and target shooting. In addition, sightseeing tours to Toronto, Niagara Falls and Niagara winery tours have been planned.

Finnjoy 2008 will be held in conjunction with Nordic Fair 2008, which will showcase the history, culture, traditions as well as the modern life of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Estonia.
